Budget Management: Collaborate with production teams to create and manage budgets for projects, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
Cost Tracking: Monitor and track production expenses, analyzing actual costs against budgeted amounts to identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
Invoice Processing: Oversee the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and contractors.
Payroll and Compensation: Handle payroll processes for production staff and talent, including any union or guild requirements, and maintain records of compensation.
