As a Key Holder at Dollar General, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store. You will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Cash Management: Oversee cash handling, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
Supervision: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and training sales associates, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with restocking products to meet customer demand.
Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring that all security and safety measures are in place. This includes conducting security checks, and addressing any issues that may arise.
