As a Stand Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concession stands during live events. You will work closely with the Concession Manager and the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and organization, and maximize sales. Your role will include but is not limited to:

Supervision:
Supervise and lead a team of concession stand employees.
Assign tasks and ensure that all staff members are performing their duties efficiently.
Provide training and guidance to new employees.
Customer Service:
Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that customers are greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
Cash Handling:
Oversee cash handling procedures, including counting and recording cash transactions.
Ensure that cash registers are balanced at the end of each shift.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Ensure that concession stands are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety standards.
Monitor food handling practices to maintain food safety.
